I can demonstrate knowledge of the changing character of American political life in “the age

President Andrew Jackson created a fresher and more democratic government by being the voice of the common man. President Jackson was the first "westerner" to take office. He maintained his image as a man of the people by seeking advice from his unofficial "kitchen cabinet". All in all, President Jackson made it so people became more involved in the election of their president and in government altogether.
