I can distinguish between convergent and divergent movements.
There are two major movements that move tectonic plates that can cause mountains to form, oceans to spread or volcanoes erupt. Convergent and divergent movements create differrent boundries. Convergent boundries can cause a seafloor plate and a continential plate to collide while the seafloor plate moves under the continential plate and creates subduction where the seafloor plate melts and creates magma. Divergent boundries make oceanfloors spread and melt at the same time. These different types of movements can cause vaults, valleys, mountains, and seafloor spreading.
