I can distinguish between examples of mechanical and chemical weathering
There are two types of weathering that affect rocks and the rock cycle. There is mechanical weathering and chemical weathering. Mechanical weathering is when the rocks chemistry structure is not changed but only its apperance has. Chemical weathering is produced when water, animal, or any other living thing affects a rock to change it chemical structure which can or cannot change its appearance.
