Today i just went back and worked on learning how to solve an equation out of a problem. I am not doing very good because i dont understand how to put tha problem and equation together to make a formula...

i can divide monomials

i learned how to multiply and divide monomials. to multiply, you multiply the coefficients and then you add the exponents together. to divide, you pretend that its a fraction and divide them, and then you subtract the bottom exponent from the top exponent. i passsed both mastery tests.

i can determine the truth value of a statement

i learned how to plug in the variables into an expression to find out whether it's true or not. they told me to substitute x and y for certain numbers and then figure out the answer. they would also give me the answer and have me find out what one of the variables was. i took a mastery test over this and got 10 out of 10 correct.

Today i just went over a couple different catagories that i did not do so well on before. I learned more on how to solve exponenets. And how to put them in to problems.. And solve for the over all exponent and the exponents base.
