What i learned today was HOW AND WHY VOLCANOES FORM. The way that a volcanoe is made is any place where magma from the earths interior reaches the surface. All volcanoes have at least one vent, and some have many. Underneath a volcano, the magma collects in what is known as a magma chamber. Once magma is on the surface , it is called lava. I even read that lava is extremely hot, and usually red and orange, but when it cools, it hardens and darkens. magma can cool and harden either in the surface or as lava on the surface. The hardened magma forms igneous rocks thats a nuther thing about the volcanoes.
